@AirIndiaX @pgt3072 Check-in counter ground staff at BKK airport are claiming to not be in touch with air India express staff. Our flight is in 20 minutes and the flight couldn't check us in due to overbooked flights.

Ground staff have no idea what the decision is and all of us are now waiting
