@RailwaySeva If a train starts 14 hours late how come it will reach the intermittent station on time ? And this what the reply I got that it will reach on time and they is not indication that it will reach the station that I am boarding on time even though it starts 14 hours late from source

@IRCTCofficial if you don't allow the user to file TDR before the train departure when the train is delayed more than 3hrs. Why do you have th TDR option in the app. Last time same thing happened to me and I was able to file post departure and it got rejected automatically.

@RailwaySeva I sent a mail with the message that I received for delay of trains and my PNR and I get the reply stating that the train is not late. It been updated online that it's late and it's not updated in irctc system ? Now I received a link to look into refund terms and conditions .

@amazonIN when contacted he confirmed that the item is with him and he marked it as delivered. I got the refund after contacting customer care twice. Buy how could this happen. How could a customer have trust that his product will be delivered appropriately.

@amazonIN how could a delivery person can mark the item as delivered and keep it with him. It shows delivered to us. When investigated with the other known delivery person and contacted the excat person who was about to deliver the product.
