@goibibo i have cancelled the ticket. Since yesterday it is showing refund in progress. When tried to reach agent no one is replying. Worst ever chat service u have. SLA is 30 mins it seems to get the refund confirmation.

@goibibo @tkarimkhan @Himalesh has shared each and every evidence still @goibibo is denying ticket is seriously not accepted. I will not book ticket from @goibibo ticket in future ! Thanks for all who exposed this fraud company .
