@karrisaarinen Very skeptical on this stance Carta is taking. In their internal slack, didn't their SVP of sales tell everyone to pause for a few days. They still need to bridge their gap to that ridiculous valuation. I don't trust it. Best to migrate right now before it becomes a shit show

@karrisaarinen Great articulation and non emotional version of your events unlike @henrysward. When i was assessing cap tables im glad i stayed clear of Carta. I got spamming, aggressive vibes from their sales people with no understanding of their product. That gave me wolf of wall st vibes!
