this lab took qwen 3.6 27b, the model i've been calling king of the 24gb tier all month, and crushed it down to 3.9gb. that's it on my screen right now, loaded now on my single 3090, using less memory than a gemma 12b.

here's what they actually did, because it matters. no retraining, no new model. they took the existing weights and quantized them to binary, one sign bit per weight with a shared scale every 128, the whole 27b of it, embeddings, attention, all of it, packed into 1.125 bits. it should be broken. sub 4 bit is where models usually turn to mush.

prismml claims it keeps 89.5% of the full model's intelligence. bold. i already own the real qwen 3.6 27b numbers from my own bench, so i'm going to make it prove that. same agent tasks, same tests, 1 bit against the honest q4, and we find exactly where it breaks.

La segunda opción era hacer lo que está haciendo en este momento. Pedir que se aplique el freno de mano, bajar a Cepeda del carro y decirle que se siente atrás mientras el se sienta poderoso en la silla del conductor y se convierte en el abanderado de una causa política que probablemente no los lleve al poder, pero si les permitirá convertirse en la fuerza política a la que "le robaron las elecciones". SU fuerza política, no la de Cepeda. Con eso en mano, será Petro y no Cepeda el jefe de la oposición al próximo gobierno, será el quién convoque permanente la gente a la calle para protestar y será el quien produzca los bloqueos institucionales que terminarán por convertir al siguiente gobierno en un fracaso.

Será el quien nos recordará todos los días que la derecha se robó las elecciones, recuperará la bandera que le gusta: la de la victimización, la de las oligarquías que conspiran contra el pueblo, la del imperio que los expulsó del poder. Eso es Petro en su mejor [sic] versión. De esta forma, logrará que se olviden rapidamente los cuatro años de magros resultados de su gobierno y volverá a ser él contra el mundo, él y solo él contra el poder de las clases dominantes.
