I can only assume you have made the returns process so difficult that customers have to return items at their own expense and inconvenience to a local store. There is no customer service contact number online.

@DunelmUK why is it near impossible to arrange a return for an online order I have been waiting over a week for a response to my email replying to your request for photos of a damaged item I have experienced a similar lack of customer service with a previous order

@_DanielRyan I dont want the gov to give me £200 of cash I already paid in my taxes to pay it back to over 5 yrs I’d rather the cash was put to better use for someone who is struggling I spend most of my wk referring tenants for emergency funding I cant accept this money!

@RevRichardColes Nothing of note or interest is every seens to happen north of the boarder we get the London news regardless. The millions that are paid to these presenters is eye watering! Between the BBC and the Govern that want to have them in their pockets they are a joke get rid of it all!

@RevRichardColes 1 Choice is the issue you can choose to sign up to other network providers but your stuck with the BBC regardless. We watch very little BBC and most of them are produced by ITV or some other network. The lack of thought interest for other regions of the UK is shocking.

@lokiscottishrap Hmm some people canny get a 1st job, it’s sickening these MPs have no shame. They get their expenses paid, all you can eat lunchs etc some people on UC struggle to have enough food/heating for the week! And are ashamed to ask for help or go to a food bank!

@PamelaStephensn Billy has been a part of my life since i was little, everytime my uncle came back on leave from the navy in the 70s he always had a Billy Connolly & Nana Mouskouri record/tape, and exotic gifts!
