Flew from MAA to ADL through KUL with @MAS on March 31st. My unlocked cabin baggage was forced to be Checked in because there was “no space” in flight in spite of my valuables. Reached Adelaide to realize that my bag has been lost. I am in a new country with my valuables lost.

1/9 I bought the MG ZSEV on 5/11/21. On 21/11/21, the car stopped running on the middle of the road, displaying ''HV battery shut off''. MG service center Guindy claims that the battery has water and the whole battery must be replaced, at my cost.Ref997124 @MGMotorIn @PlugInIndia

@PlugInIndia @MGMotorIn They sent a lazy mail today that says I will have to do what the dealer tells, and completely ignored every other point mentioned. I was also told to contact the dealer for further support. Is @MGSupportIndia trying to slide away easy? We are approaching the consumer court.

@MGMotorIn sent a mail stating “battery malfunction was a consequential failure that occurred due to water ingress” and I will have to do as the dealer says. We know it was water, but how did it happen if the car did not exceed IP67’s limit at all? Time for a legal notice.

In regards to the previous tweet, MG corporate has confirmed via call that the service center’s claim is not MG’s official statement, and it is still under investigation. @MGMotorIn @MGSupportIndia @rajeev_chaba

@KoushikGopalak1 @MGSupportIndia @SaicMotormg @rajeev_chaba Hello Koushik, it is an unpleasant experience for me, but it is a good choice of a car. I would say this is the best EV in the country, if my issue gets resolved, meaning @MGMotorIn ’s customer service is on track as well.
