The India Semiconductor Mission (ISM), MeitY, in collaboration with Intel India, officially launched the Introduction to Semiconductors course at #SEMICONIndia2026!
Launched in the presence of Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw, Hon’ble Union Minister for Electronics and IT, Railways, and I&B alongside Shri Jitin Prasada, Minister of State for Electronics and IT and Commerce and Industries Shri S. Krishnan, Secretary, MeitY, Shri Amitesh Kumar Sinha, CEO, ISM, and leadership from Intel Corporation including Ms. Sarah Kemp, Gokul V. Subramaniam, and Shweta Khurana.
About the Course: Designed as a beginner-friendly, self-paced micro-learning module, it makes foundational semiconductor knowledge accessible to everyone—regardless of technical background or prior experience.
