"Kyiv was great when Moscow was a swamp" isn't the flex you think it is.
Rome was great when London was a swamp. Athens was great when Berlin was a swamp. History doesn't freeze in the 11th century.
Kyiv's medieval importance may have had some weight in the 11th century, but time moves on.
Pretending a thousand years of history never happened because it doesn't fit your narrative is propaganda, not history.
I'll end this debate with this:
You can try to rewrite history, but you won't succeed. Facts remain facts, regardless of how uncomfortable they may be. If acknowledging historical reality makes me a "fascist" in your eyes, then that label has lost all meaning.
What's more, your entire national narrative rests on the actions of people who conquered, oppressed, killed, and butchered others. Lacking genuine heroes or moral exemplars, you're left with little choice but to sanitize their actions and excuse what would otherwise be indefensible.
The reality is that your so-called nation has historically been little more than a borderland—at best a collection of tribes, at worst a colony shaped by stronger powers. Engaging in this discussion with you is like wrestling a pig in the mud: in the end, all I accomplish is getting dirty. If Ukraine were to disappear off the face of the map, no one would even miss it, and in a few short years, no one would ever remember.
You know what happened in 1919? The West Ukrainian People's Republic got CRUSHED because it had no legitimate claim—just ethno-nationalist fantasies about land that wasn't yours. The Polish majority in the cities and the historical Polish administration meant it was OURS. You were squatters with delusions of grandeur.
Stop deflecting. Stop whatabouting. Your beloved Bandera was a Nazi-collaborating war criminal who ordered the extermination of Poles, and you're here crying about "occupation" like some victimhood-obsessed propagandist. The only occupation was Ukrainian nationalist delusions on Polish soil.
Read a book that wasn't written in Kyiv. Better yet—read "Wołyń" by Władysław Siemaszko. Then come back and tell me about "peaceful civilians" with a straight face, you genocide-apologizing clown.
Cope. Seethe. And stay mad that your ethno-state project failed.
Again, I've answered your question, go back into our conversation and read with comprehension...asuming that you can comprehend. But just in case you can't:
Your UPA butchers slaughtered 100k Polish civilians FIRST. Home Army delivered justice to genocidal maniacs who were hiding among general population.
Those lands were POLISH in 1939—we didn't "occupy" squat. Stop defending war criminals, you slow-thinking Bandera apologist. Cope harder.
Trying to skew history and make it fit your narrative won't help you here my slow thinking Ukrainian friend. Check your historical facts, get a clear understanding and get back to me. Because it's obvious that you don't really know, or don't care to know.
I can counter argument any of your nonsensical arguments, but what good would it do when I'm arguing with a moron?
Dude, your low IQ is showing. I'm making sense and you're not able to answer one single question so you resort to arguments that have no logical meaning. No wonder that Ukraine is ranked the lowest IQ nation in Europe, and people like you prove it. You simply don't want to recognize history.
That nation of "murderers and occupiers" are sheltering your sorry asses. All of you should thank us and beg for forgivness for the atrocities your forefathers committed.
3 Part Series:
The Ukraine Biolabs Were Russian Disinformation. Until Washington Declassified Them.
In 2022, the claim that the US funded biolabs in Ukraine was stamped a Kremlin conspiracy theory. Fact-checked, debunked, buried. In June 2026, a sitting US intelligence director declassified the same labs as fact. More than forty of them. Named. With the pathogens listed. The facilities never moved. Only the verdict did. The same institution called the same fact a lie in one year and a revelation in the next. So which version was the lie, and which was the use?
Part 1 below:

You ask why retaliation hit civilians. Answer:
1. You condemn Pawłokoma but not Volhynia. If "victims are victims regardless of chronology," why does your outrage only start when Ukrainians die?
2. UPA fighters hid among civilians, using villages as human shields. Should Poles have let themselves be exterminated because killers hid behind women and children?
3. You call these lands "occupied." They were Polish before 1939. Why did UPA murder civilian Poles for "ethnic purity" instead of fighting military occupiers?
You're not seeking truth. You're seeking justification. Genocide of Poles is a footnote; retaliation is a crime.
Answer, or admit it: you don't care about dead Poles.
You call me a fascist while defending the ethnic cleansing of civilians based on their nationality. You accuse me of shame while refusing to name the UPA's systematic extermination of Polish men, women, and children—burned alive in churches, disemboweled, skulls crushed.
You want a "simple answer"? Here:
Pavlokoma was retaliation. Retaliation is not morally equivalent to unprovoked genocide. Both involve dead civilians. Only one started the ethnic cleansing. Only one carved "Death to Poles" into corpses while dreaming of an ethnically pure Ukraine.
You're not asking questions. You're performing deflection because you cannot reconcile Ukrainian hero-worship with Ukrainian crimes.
You ask if the Ukrainian army can now invade Poland for revenge. This is your argument? That because Poles retaliated against genocide 80 years ago, you reserve the right to murder civilians today?
Is that a threat? Or just the admission that in your mind, Ukrainian violence is always defensive—even when it starts first?
Final question: You call me an idiot while claiming 1945 caused 1943. Either you're knowingly lying about chronology to excuse genocide, or you genuinely believe effect precedes cause.
Which brand of dim-witted are you?
You say "civilian victims remain civilian victims regardless of chronology." So if a man rapes your daughter, and you later kill him in revenge, you accept that you are morally equivalent to the rapist? That there is no distinction between the crime and the vengeance?
Choose: Either intent, chronology, and scale matter—in which case your equivalence collapses—or they don't, in which case you must admit you defend genocide when it's your genocide.
Which is it?
@vonderleyen Values, democracy and rule of law. This is coming from an offiicial that was never elected into her office.
There's about as much values, democracy and rule of law in Ukraine as there is oxygen on the moon.
@adamscochran It actually is/was a secret. They denied their existance, they hid it from the public, and missled everyone about their presence.
Pretending otherwise is just a Ukrainian talking point
@OleksandrR80546@CorvaxAncien False equivelency. Pawłokoma happened in 1945, after years of Polish civilians being massacred. The UPA campaign began in 1943 against a civilian population that had not attacked them. Timing matters, scale matters, intent matters.
