If anyone was thinking of ordering the 2 pairs of knickers from @adidasUK don't because you may only get 1 pair & you have to send the 1 pair back to prove it's only 1 pair before they can send you the 2 pairs you've paid for. Sending another pair is apparently a hard NO

@haven It is the app and website that were having this error. We spoke to someone irl and they said the booking system was down. Just a bit disappointing when you've grafted for a year to pay for something that you can't access. Thanks for your response though
