@UPPAbaby@timchurchill88 I wouldn't bother Tim. My Uppababy Cruz snapped too. My 2 year old fell out and hit his head on the pavement and grazed his hand but DCUK's engineers determined it was my kids fault for having a tantrum and bracing his body. I'm having to go legal and via Trading Standards.

@JohnLewisRetail to align yourselves with a company that further interrogate a mother who send images of the snapped model and child's injuries with accompanying info that it happened in a supermarket car park with video evidence - is careless.
@UPPAbaby It is almost as if any of these things would absolve you of accountability for a LESS THAN 1 YEAR OLD pushchair SNAPPING in half, with a TWO YEAR old in it, who was INJURED as a result.
@UPPAbaby Despite providing photo evidence of the pushchair snapped on both sides and his injury - I've still been asked to provide; a medical report (done), further images and questions about whether he was correctly harnessed.
It's worth mentioning that I've purchased all of my @UPPAbaby products from @JohnLewisRetail ....Having looked at the amount of parents that have been in a similar position to me with zero after care....shame on you too John Lewis!
@UPPAbaby Exceedingly disappointed to have reported to you, precisely two weeks ago today, that my child sustained injuries when his pushchair (which is less than a year old) snapped in half - and to still be awaiting any sort of resolution.

@BarclaysUKHelp I can't use the app because you've blocked my pin. I've tried calling the mobile banking team as per the instruction on the app but there are really long waits. Last week I waited for 1 hour and 48 mins and when I complained about how it cost me, I was shut down
