A Zimbabwe Prisons and Correctional Services (ZPCS) based in Karoi h@nged himself yesterday. Reports suggest that the officer took a loan of around US$2,500 from his workplace to fund the education of his wife and her younger sister. The officer was now struggling to repay the loan, with most of his salary being used for this purpose. After both women graduated, his wife informed him that he was no longer on her level and revealed that she was seeing someone else.
@Madibeng_Chris@koko_matshela@BrianMbm1@Eskom_SA@MYANC@NPA_Prosecutes Burden of proof is the responsibility of a party in a legal case to provide sufficient evidence and argument to support their claims or allegations. In criminal cases, the burden of proof is on the prosecution to prove the defendant's guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
@paddiclay@goolammv Either way, it's important to remember that the truth will out in the end, and baseless accusations should not be given any credence. So logic should always dictate itself my good sir
@paddiclay@goolammv Anc government with all the power and intelligence to expose eff, yet they fail to do so, then it stands to reason that the allegations against eff are either false or lack the necessary evidence to merit a charge or just a propaganda.
@paddiclay@goolammv It is possible that this eff is being wrongfully accused and is in fact clean. It is also possible that these ppl are sponsored to paint them with dirt to discredit them.
