@AmericanAir Thank you. After calling and being transferred 2 more times, I finally found a rep to help resolve the issue. This process should definitely be more streamlined, esp for a family that did not use a bereavement fare for a funeral.
@AmericanAir You made our family change our flights to our sister's funeral on Friday, then canceled the flights, offered a refund and now are bouncing me back and forth between customer service calls so I can get my miles back. This shouldn't be this hard, esp after a funeral!
The first agent, after a 20 min wait, transfers me to AAdvantage. The second agent tries to work out the refund. After 20 min he sends me back to the general customer service que. I now have to wait 2.5 hours for a call back!? This is painful. Please help

Please: PTs, trainers, and strength coaches -- read this abstract. Ozempic and the like are not related to frailty or sarcopenia. Muscle mass loss happens with weight loss. Learn and read.
"The recent concern that marked weight loss induced by GLP-1–based anti-obesity medications can cause physical frailty or sarcopenia is not supported by data."

Spices like turmeric can really help our physical therapy clients with arthritis. A recent super meta analysis shows that curcumin in turmeric supplements can reduce pain, stiffness, and possibly help the bone and cartilage of those with osteoarthritis and osteopenia.
Recently we received messages from a few NY physical therapists: you and your courses are wrong and carnivore is the only way (along with other expletives). In this blog post, we reply to these PTs and present research why they are wrong and that the Carnivore diet is not safe.
@sunsopeningband Unreal. I have worked with several clients that have had FM or ME/CFS and have never once considered asking them this. Perhaps @ZebraLoveCo should send this PT the landmark published article showing these conditions are biological: https://t.co/MNtU28bZ4Z
We know that with aging protein is a vital nutrient for women's health. However, does the source of the protein matter, especially in the light of aging and chronic disease development? New research sheds light on what women and physical therapists should do. Free link.
Some are suggesting ahiflower could replace fish or flax as an Omega 3 power house: but what does the research say? Should PTs be recommending or condoning the use of this new plant based oil? Learn more for free in our blog post!

Low carb diets can offer some physical therapy clients benefits. However, there are also drawbacks and people can become entrenched in diet fads that lead to an untenable and unhealthy diet. In our blog post
