It's high time GCs became greedy; ruthlessly greedy when it comes to policies, benefits and opportunities.
The only question that should matter is: "What's in it for us?"

For far too long, GCs have sacrificed their own interests in the name of social justice and equality. The result? We ended up with a system that is increasingly unfair and unequal towards us.

Enough of the moral posturing. Every other community unapologetically fights for its own interests. GCs should do exactly the same, without guilt, without hesitation and without backing down.

If we don't prioritize ourselves, no one else will. It's time to stop playing nice, start demanding our share and ensure that future generations inherit a system that treats them fairly.
