Thanks again for clarifying earlier. We’d like to flag an important update:

- All counter-notifications we submitted against Brightside Media have now expired without any legal action being taken. The strikes have therefore been removed automatically.

- We’ve also observed that Brightside Media has issued similar strikes against multiple other motorcycle channels, creating the same pattern of “strike stacking.” Several creators have been forced to private or delete content simply to keep their channels alive.

- This repeated behavior appears to harm not only creators but also YouTube’s ecosystem. It suppresses legitimate long-form content, reduces viewership, and undermines confidence in the copyright system.

We kindly ask whether your Policy/Abuse team can review this case to determine if this pattern may constitute misuse of the copyright strike system.

This pattern effectively keeps our channel blocked longer by resetting the 10-day counter each time, even though we’ve filed valid counter-notifications under Fair Use.
