Since morning I have been trying to unlock my biometrics , but I am not able to login into both web and mAadhar.

Web app says it is not able to connect to backend services where as mobile app keep a circle rotating for ever .

Though I block every icici number , still receiving at least 3-4 calls daily from different numbers.
