Amazon promised a resolution via email regarding my missing prepaid order, but no email has been received. Repeated follow-ups have yielded nothing. Delays, silence, and lack of accountability.

@AmazonHelp @amazonIN @ajassy I have contacted customer support multiple times, but I am neither receiving my order nor being provided a refund. My money has been taken, yet the issue remains unresolved.
Delivery guy scammed me and i am getting no justification.

₹2,004 suit never delivered. Delivery agent gave me a ₹200 item, collected the OTP, and left. My suit was then marked as delivered using that OTP.

No investigation. No refund. No resolution.
