Extremely disappointed with the level of service from @Tesla in Morocco. We were among the very first customers to order as soon as Tesla launched here, yet we’ve now been left 3 days unable to drive our brand-new car because the required paperwork wasn’t handled on time.

Buying a new Tesla should not mean being stranded with a car you legally cannot drive because the local team failed to complete the paperwork they were responsible for. Tesla Morocco needs to do better. @Tesla

Our family owns Teslas in both the US and Spain, and we have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism: no accountability, no clear answers, and seemingly no one empowered to resolve the issue. @Tesla

DO NOT PARTNER WITH @DoorDash!!! They are horrible with merchant support!!!!! The account team is never on and can’t talk on the phone apparently and answers emails every 4 days!!!! It is my third week waiting for one change #bigflop
