@becauseofnarnia @a5_NQ Actually struggling to find sources saying who owns the distribution to Narnia. It might be Sony because they own TriStar, but that’s not necessarily always the case. Until I find something otherwise, Fox could very well still own the distribution rights to Narnia.

@becauseofnarnia @a5_NQ I think the confusion is while there have been reasonably public statements surrounding Walden Media losing the production rights and Mark Gordon/TriStar picking it up, the transfer of distribution rights from Fox to Sony and Entertainment One have been less public.

@becauseofnarnia @a5_NQ ‘They only distributes VDT’ - also known as ‘having the rights’. At least the distribution rights, which is what we’re talking about here. Tbf ownership of rights is messy and never clear cut so what that means for one means something else for another.
