He says we have numbers, he said we have records, but he chose not to reveal since the aircraft fell down in PAK and he didn't want to get mocked like PAK's DGPR claiming numbers without proof, just a PPT with fake RT calls. All he claimed in the press conference was all he could prove.
But you have the problem of listening. You hear "we won" when it's actually "we lost"
