@Weguer I can't confirm nor deny as I have no info about that specific question, things I know for certain is the game text/UI will support different languages.

Also any questions regarding localization I won't be able to interact with.

According to a contact from the localization-translation sector, Online Mode will have spectator mode, 8 player lobby channels and rudimentary modes from prior storm games.

unlike storm 4 on release, shipping build would include above items.
