@realsamseiden Not quite. Sometimes I use supply/demand zones, sometimes support/resistance levels. I know the concepts like accumulation and distribution, but I get stuck when it comes to actually identifying and marking them properly on the chart.
@realsamseiden The zone isn’t what I trust. I trust the story behind it. How price left, how price returns, and what sits to the left determine whether I’m interested or not.
@realsamseiden Price does not turn because of a moving average.
Moving averages turn because price already moved.
Always study the source of the move, not the shadow it leaves behind.
@realsamseiden Two things matter most to me:
1. The number of times the support or resistance has been tested.
2. The way price was delivered into the supply or demand zone.

When I started looking at the charts completely naked, without any lines, that’s when I truly began to see, and my transitions between time frames started.
