🇮🇱🇵🇸 This is genuinely DISGUSTING...
Ben-Gvir is boasting that prisoners were put in solitary confinement, over an improvised CAKE.
Ben-Gvir says Palestinian prisoners at Levia Prison saved tiny portions of their already limited food for days, bread, jam and other scraps, to make a cake they planned to eat on Tuesday if they lost the election.
According to Ben-Gvir himself, prison authorities discovered it, subjected the prisoners to disciplinary proceedings and transferred them to solitary confinement.
He then turned the episode into an election message urging Israelis to vote for his party.
Whatever your politics, bragging about putting prisoners in solitary over a homemade cake is SICK!!

@paulg Because Nemat Shafik had no spine and she decided to side with fascism and racist Zionist over her student body and even deans
But, why am I saying this, you know this already and have been outloud about it. I wish others were the same
Wake up.
Every profession deemed white-collar, the middle class dream, is about to be decimated by AI, at a much faster pace than anticipated, with monstrous social consequences.
Today, Brad Lander, rabbis, and other New Yorkers accompanied Palestinian farmers during the olive harvest. For that, they were detained by the Israeli government.
Harvesting olives is not illegal. The occupation is.
I am thankful that Brad has been released. But other New Yorkers remain detained, and they must be released immediately.
The same Israeli government detaining them has committed a horrific genocide against Palestinians, killing more than 74,000 people over the last few years alone.
The detention of these New Yorkers must end. The occupation must end. The genocide must end.
The commander of the Israeli military unit likely responsible for killing 5-year-old Hind Rajab is currently in the U.S.
As a party to the Genocide Convention and the Geneva Conventions, our government is obligated to arrest and investigate him for these war crimes and acts of genocide. I stand with @HindRFoundation in calling on the DOJ to follow the law and take action.
I wrote a full, detailed account of the October 16 settler and soldier attack on the olive harvest in Abu Falah. I think it may be the most important thing I’ve ever written.

🇮🇱🇪🇺 Masked ISRAELI SETTLERS now ATTACKED EUROPEAN DIPLOMATS in the West Bank?!
Diplomats from France, Belgium and Poland were visiting a Palestinian olive harvest in the Christian village of Taybeh when seven masked settlers reportedly surrounded their vehicles on ATVs.
They demanded identification, threw stones and smashed a Belgian consulate car window.
Footage also shows a diplomat on the ground.
Imagine going to watch people harvest olives and finding yourself surrounded by masked men with clubs.
WTF IS HAPPENING over there?!

Palestinian teenagers saved an American photojournalist from settlers who were beating her while the IDF stood by with machine guns.
Will our government leaders ever take a stand?
@SecRubio@GovMikeHuckabee@VP
I would tag the President but it’s pointless.
Some things are complicated. This is not. The Israeli government could stop all settler terror in the West Bank within 24 hours. It very deliberately chooses not to.
Latest on Heidi Levine: broken rib, four broken vertebrae, her finger was nearly cut off, multiple potential stabbing wounds. Surgery first thing in the morning.
Jensen Huang on founding NVIDIA:
"The technology that founded the company turns out to be exactly wrong."
His response? Walk into Fry's, buy three textbooks, bring them back to the company.
That's the real founder lesson — and it's more specific than "pivot" or "fail fast."
Most founders treat being wrong as a crisis to manage. Jensen treated it as a curriculum to start.
The original thesis failed. What didn't fail was the speed at which he could absorb new information and redirect. That learning velocity — not the founding technology — turned out to be the actual competitive advantage.
NVIDIA became the most valuable semiconductor company in history. The first technology that built it was wrong. The ability to learn faster than the problem evolved was not.

If I've ever provided even an ounce of value to you on this app, I'm calling in a favor:
Follow @msuiche, turn on notifs, and RT this until the algorithm finally releases him from Twitter jail.
Guys I am THIS close to convincing him to get a camera crew to document his day2day work
Imagine how cool it would be to get regular content from the inside of frontier AI research, especially AI safety
Not another fucking 78 tweet thread about how important AI safety is or some D-tier podcast full of people theorizing about it, but literally watching someone at the frontier actually DO the work
Would be great for literally everyone involved
The fact that we have people like this willing to share their work publicly and the algorithm buries them is fucking criminal
