Speed debuffs are more effective imo. You can nullify stam debuffs by overstamming, easier said than done, but you can't stop speed debuffs, you have to win in spite of them

@BBD_cosplay @Retreating_KR It restricts builds that have the debuff skills (hesitant, subdued, dom, 564, etc.) It's on specific cms, only 4 so far from what ive read, and they started on the design your island scenario, which is like 2+ years away. They can come early but there's no way to know.
