تنظم شركة نسيج بالتعاون مع برنامج موئل الأمم المتحدة والمركز العلمي البحريني لأهداف التنمية المستدامة ووزارة شؤون الشباب، هاكاثون مرونة الحرارة الحضرية، وهو تحدٍ يمتد على مدار 48 ساعة يجمع المبتكرين في البحرين لتصميم حلول مستدامة تُسهم في مواجهة آثار الحرارة الحضرية وبناء مدن قادرة على التكيّف مع المناخ.

Naseej, in collaboration with UN-Habitat, the Bahrain Science Center for SDGs, and the Ministry of Youth Affairs, is organizing the Urban Heat Resilience Hackathon, a 48-hour challenge bringing together Bahrain’s innovators to design sustainable solutions that address the impacts of urban heat and create climate-resilient cities.

أعلنت شركة نسيج عن اختتام برنامجها التدريبي السنوي لطلبة الجامعات "آفاق 2025" بنجاح بمشاركة واسعة من الطلبة البحرينيين من مختلف التخصصات.

شمل البرنامج هذا العام ثمانية مجالات تدريبية رئيسية وهي المحاسبة والشؤون المالية، الاستثمارات، التطوير العقاري، التصميم الداخلي، المخاطرة والامتثال والشؤون القانونية، التسويق، الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات، والموارد البشرية والإدارية. ويأتي هذا التوسع تأكيدًا لالتزام نسيج بتمكين الشباب وصقل مهاراتهم استعداداً لدخول سوق العمل بكفاءة.

ويعد نجاح نسخة هذا العام امتداداً لإنجازات البرنامج في 2023 و2024 حيث ساهم في تطوير قدرات الطلبة وتمكينهم من استكمال مسيرتهم الجامعية والتفوق في حياتهم المهنية المستقبلية.

Naseej has successfully concluded its university internship program Aafaq 2025 with strong participation from Bahraini students across various disciplines.

This year’s program included eight core business areas namely Accounting and Finance, Investments, Property Development, Risk Compliance & Compliance, Marketing, ICT, and Human Resources & Administration. The expansion reflects Naseej’s commitment to empowering youth and equipping them with the skills needed to thrive in the job market.

The success of Aafaq 2025 builds on the achievements of the 2023 and 2024 editions which enhanced students’ capabilities and prepared them to excel academically and professionally.

أعلنت شركة نسيج، عن نفاد 44% من القسائم السكنية بالمرحلة الأولى لمشروع “نسايم عراد”، مشيرة إلى أن المشروع يشهد اقبالاً لافتاً من قبل المواطنين المقبلين على الاستفادة من تمويلات “تسهيل” و”تسهيل+” منذ طرح المشروع بالتزامن مع مشاركة الشركة في مؤتمر ومعرض الابتكار في قطاع السكن الاجتماعي في شهر ابريل الماضي.
وأفادت الشركة بأن المواطنين المستفيدين من تمويلات “تسهيل” و”تسهيل+” التي توفرها وزارة الإسكان والتخطيط العمراني وبنك الإسكان يمثلون غالبية المستفيدين من المرحلة الأولى، حيث يحظى المشروع بإقبال لافت من المواطنين المقبلين على الاستفادة من برنامج التمويلات الإسكانية، وهو ما يؤكد فعالية الشراكة بين القطاعين الحكومي والخاص لتوفير الخدمات الإسكانية للمواطنين.

Naseej announces 44% of the residential lands within the first phase of the Nasayim Arad project has sold out. This milestone underlines the positive interest from citizens looking to purchase their residential lands by making their applications from the Ministry of Housing & Urban Planning, and Eskan Bank via "Tas’heel" and "Tas’heel+" programs. This also highlights the great success of Tas’heel + program that was introduced to citizens at the last Innovation Housing Summit last April 2025.
Naseej is pleased to record that positive uptake of the Nasayim Arad lands via the "Tas’heel" and "Tas’heel+" applicants.

Naseej has inaugurated the “Yas Beauty” Salon within the retail section of the CanalView project, located on Dilmunia Island in Muharraq Governorate. The opening ceremony was attended by Mr. Amin Al Arrayed, Chief Executive Officer of Naseej, along with representatives from the company’s management and the salon’s team.
Situated on the ground floor of the retail section, Yas Beauty offers a modern and rejuvenating experience for residents and visitors of CanalView. Naseej has been honored with the “Top 50 Bahraini Companies 2025” award, an initiative launched by Al Bilad Newspaper to recognize the most outstanding and impactful national companies contributing to Bahrain’s economy. The award was presented during a ceremony held at the Gulf Hotel, Manama, Bahrain.
The event was attended by HE Mr. Abdulla bin Adel Fakhro, Minister of Industry and Commerce, and Mr. Sameer Abdulla Nass, Chairman of Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry, along with a distinguished guests and leaders. Highlights from Naseej’s participation at the 1st edition of The Innovation Summit 2025 in the Social Housing Sector.
During the summit, Naseej signed a key MoU with the Ministry of Housing Bahrain as part of the Government Lands Development Program. Naseej’s CEO also participated as a panel speaker at the conferences of the Innovation Summit.
During the expo, Naseej showcased its ‘smart’ villa project, Nasayim Arad and offered the RHA lands targeting the Ministry of Housing’s beneficiaries and Tas’heel + program applicants.

Naseej’s CEO Mr. Amin Al Arrayed, will participate as a keynote speaker at the Bahrain Smart Cities Summit on April 15, 2025, at the Sheraton Bahrain Hotel in Manama. In his keynote speech, he will speak about Naseej’s strategy to build sustainable and smart urban cities across the Kingdom, with a focus on smart homes in the Naseej’s Nasayim Arad project, which represents the first of its kind concept in affordable housing in the Kingdom.

نظمت شركة نسيج إفطارها الرمضاني السنوي لموظفيها بحضور الرئيس التنفيذي للشركة السيد أمين العريض في فندق الريتز كارلتون البحرين. وقد بدأت فعاليات الإفطار بكلمة للسيد العريض التي تناول فيها ما تحقق من منجزات في الشركة خلال العام الماضي 2024، مسلطا الضوء على ما تم بذله من جهود مخلصة من كافة أفراد وطواقم عمل الشركة لنقل نسيج الى مستويات أفضل من النمو والازدهار. كما أعرب عن شكره وتقديره لجميع الأقسام في الشركة على أدائها الاحترافي وحرصها الدائم على العمل ضمن بيئة مرنة وإنتاجية للغاية تخدم أهداف نسيج في ان تعزز موقعها كرائد في مجال التطوير العقاري.

Naseej hosted its annual Ramadan Iftar for employees at the Ritz-Carlton Bahrain, with the esteemed presence of the company’s CEO, Mr. Ameen Al Arrayed. The event commenced with a speech by Mr. Al Alrrayed, in which he reflected on the company’s accomplishments throughout the past year, 2024. He acknowledged the dedicated efforts of all employees and teams, which have contributed to Naseej’s continued growth and prosperity. Al Arrayed expressed his sincere gratitude to all departments for their exceptional performance and unwavering commitment to fostering a flexible and highly productive work environment. This collective effort has been instrumental in furthering Naseej’s mission to solidify its position as a leader in the real estate development industry.
