@SouthwestAir Thx for reply; if had checked with flight crew, would have been given correct facts. Appreciate crew trying to get bags back for all of us but it was too late. What can u do to improve baggage claim at BWI?

@SouthwestAir Tons of empty bins space (I have pictures) on 2995 BNA to BWI; for reasons no one can understand gate agent would not let anyone in C group carry on a single overhead bag. So our group of 3 will be faced with BWI (horrible 100% of the time) for one person’a bag.
