@TeamKnowhowUK thanks again 👌🏻 been on hold for over an hour. At 7.58pm we get ‘cut off’ No call back or anything. Trying to recooperate the £500 loses in food due to a fault in fridge & given a case number, the advisor was rude and had no idea what it was for.

@TeamKnowhowUK The engineer states we would be called within 30 minutes. Basically- At 11am. All we’ve had is a text stating the item is out of stock? No date, nothing. Currently 8 days without a fridge and no idea if and when I will get it fixed.

@TeamKnowhowUK had no fridge for over a week. Finally had an engineer out today & told we’d be rang within 30 minutes to confirm a repair date. Been on hold for 1 hr 30 minutes with no idea if/when I will have a fridge replaced or fixed & to top it off we lost all the food!!!
