@Michelleb8675@patsfan0104@conlin_lauren This is literally the definition I found on google…Burden on the Prosecution: The government or prosecutor must prove every element of a crime so convincingly that no other logical explanation can be derived from the facts. He said “explain different possible theories”
@BeStillQueen@owl_elc So if this person in deliberations is saying they are having “reasonable doubts” but I’m still going to be voting guilty. That is based off feelings and not the law. How is that okay?
@isnot2play@RealCalvin1 I’m sure they understand reasonable doubt but it seems like this one juror is going against it. They are probably saying I have my doubts but I still think she’s guilty, which is not going by the law. They are going by feelings, which isn’t allowed.
@FrankGangemi@ForAmerica I think what is really hard is the defense doesn’t have to prove she was in psychosis..prosecution had to prove WITHOUT reasonable doubt that she wasn’t in psychosis.. in my opinion they didn’t do that well enough. So though everyone has opinions and thoughts their evidence lacks
@AliNase52224095 @bar9cattle Whether she killed them or not, you cant say confidently that the prosecution proved her murders were premeditated. No one sane enough is a “murder loving fanatic” but you cannot say with an ounce of confidence that they had any clear evidence and there was a flawed investigation
@hairgeek60@holdmyhalo41sec This comment shows me that you never went through postpartum because having “lots of people around you” doesn’t mean anything 🙃
