We highlight the importance of structural and contextual factors in shaping cognitive health disparities.
Oaxaca-Blinder provides a powerful framework for disentangling mechanisms.
More work is needed to understand the "unexplained."

We found:
Mid-/late-life factors explained 32% of the Black–White cognitive gap,
and 70% of the Hispanic–White gap.
Yet, 68% and 30% remained unexplained, respectively—pointing to systemic and unmeasured contributors beyond individual-level risk.
@JohnHolbein1 Shervin's "Baraye" song. The song is about the main reasons why Iranians are fighting right now. It became the anthem of the "Women, Life, Freedom" movement soon after its release. Shervin was detained by the Iranian regime for releasing the song. https://t.co/OoDnrsJbJ6
