Concluding my three-day tour across the West Nile sub-region,I met members of the West Nile Press Association , inspected agricultural projects at the Comboni mission in Moyo, visited the farm of Tom Abraham in Obongi and briefly adressed a rally at Obongi District headquaters.

My conviction is that these various efforts will yield results for those that utilize the opportunity well.
