Celebrating My Hero, General Muhoozi Kainerugaba
On this Heroes Day, I pay special tribute to my biggest hero, General Muhoozi Kainerugaba. While many first sons around the world enjoy comfortable and luxurious lives away from the hardships of service, Gen. Muhoozi chose a different path.
He dedicated himself to military service, underwent rigorous training, and spent years serving his country. Rather than relying on privilege, he stepped into the trenches alongside fellow soldiers, committing himself to the defense and security of Uganda.
His willingness to sacrifice comfort for duty, discipline, and national service is what makes him an inspiration to many Ugandans. Through his military career, leadership, and commitment to the nation, he has demonstrated a strong sense of patriotism and dedication.
As we celebrate Heroes Day, I honor Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba for his service, sacrifice, and unwavering commitment to Uganda. May his example continue to inspire young people to serve their country with courage, loyalty, and determination.

This is to wish my Brother and Friend @mkainerugaba a very happy Heroes Day and thank him for what he does 24/7 to keep our country safe. I Will never forget when I reached him on phone in Soroti during the insurgence with sounds of bullets flying in the background. Asante.
