En mi centro faltan profesores de informática. Bueno, en el mío y en el 95% restante.

Y no, no hablo del que aprendió Java en 2003 y ahora “da clase”.
Hablo del profesional que sabe programar hoy y que se ha peleado con un bug a las tres de la mañana. Ese no está en un aula. Está trabajando. O facturando. O huyendo de la docencia.

Porque seamos claros, nadie en su sano juicio deja un sueldo técnico por uno de profesor.
Más horas, más burocracia, menos dinero y cero respeto. Y luego nos sorprendemos de que no haya docentes.

Mientras no entendamos que un buen profesor de informática es un profesional caro, seguiremos fingiendo que formamos talento.
Y seguiremos preguntándonos, con cara de tontos, por qué es tan difícil encontrar profesores de informática.

No es difícil. Es lógico.
