@AmazonHelp Thanks for your reply. Maybe an option to have an outer wrapping could be added to check out incase it is a gift. That way the purchaser will know it will be disguised on delivery.

I want to warn all my friends and family about a loophole in the PayPal system and policy. Amy had her account accessed by a fraudster who took 3 payments within 11 minutes. She informed PayPal and immediately changed her password and put a stop on her bank card

Amy’s bank say they can see it is fraudulent activity but can’t reverse PayPals decision!Sickening for anyone to lose a couple of hundred pounds but even more so for an 18 year old.
You think your making a wise decision using PayPal as it is secure and protected; NOT IN THIS CASE

A number of communications with PayPal by email and online chat (phones unavailable due to COVID)they refuse to reimburse her as they person who got into her account clicked paying ‘friends and family’ this, they say means, she gave permission for them to take the money!!
