@HowtoADHD @Real_Theresa For me, it's making a list of what I need to do that day/morning and then setting a timer of 10-20 minutes (different days different lengths work depending how I'm feeling) and see how many I can get done in one go and repeat. If I "take a short break" I lose all sense of time!
