In VA a Dem trifecta could see a govt shutdown over data centers while in NC the GOP led GA hasn't passed a budget in 3 years but can push bills to remove planning/zoning from localities in service of Data centers.

We really need to pay attention to how the Governor’s office is handling bills and the budget. Idk what it is about this admin, but they don’t seem to be collaborating well with the GA.
