A 28 yo W with rapid-onset, severe weakness.

In the ED she is barely able to lift her head; CNs are intact. She has severe symmetric upper & lower weakness (3/5 prox, 2/5 distal) with normal reflexes. Normal sensation.

CSF protein=normal.
