STRAWBERRIES
We do well-known flavour combinations for this drink: strawberry and vanilla, like in the classic Neapolitan gelato; strawberry and avocado, where the berry will serve as the souring agent; and strawberry and orange, inspired by a dessert called Romanoff Strawberries
We roast our almonds on the spot for the 'Blueberries' cocktail; our new menu for the month of may. Come try it, take a picture, tag us and win a night out for two at the bar.
Promotion valid until 17th of May.
BLACKBERRIES
Wild blackberries have the balanced intensity of sourness and spiciness. Look for notes of rose, mint and clove behind the generic berry flavours. It has a strong affinity for apples, so we use malic acid on this drink. Truffle balances out the tequila and raicilla.
BLUEBERRIES
Blueberries have achieved an aura of highness thanks to its antioxidants. The ‘crown’ on the top only helps to make its case. Its flavour concentrates in the skin.We took inspiration from a recipe from a north Italian chef that calls for cream, blueberries and almonds.
When we think about table service, we have to take a look at restaurants.
Sugar, Citric Acid and Saline Solution are available at every table. We pride on the balance of our cocktails, but as every palate is different, you can modify your drink if it is not up to your taste.
RASPBERRIES
Raspberries possess a sweet, sour and floral flavour. And besides some moist grass and wood aromas. They have, also, inherent lactic notes, which are going to combine perfectly well with the coconut water used to make our kombucha and the notes of the chilli liqueur.
MAY MENU OUT
Berry season begins in May - June; so, we have decided to create our monthly menu around that, using the first fruits coming to the market this year.
Let’s raise a cocktail and enjoy the upcoming berry season.
We promise it is going to be berry nice.
