Cranes in Botanic Gardens
The cranes were originally purchased for WR Wilson’s St Albans’ Park homestead in around 1873 for £400. The cranes were then purchased by City of Greater Geelong 1929.

The National Wool Museum is pleased to announce the shop has officially re-opened 10:00am-3:00pm, 7 days a week.
Under the latest Government direction and DHHS guidelines the Museum itself will not be re-opening under current circumstances.

Curators from around the world will be answering questions from the public. Our Senior Curator Dr Luke Keogh, has over a decade of experience in museums.
