Courier has lost parcel from @verynetwork Live Chat only tells me to track the parcel but no updates since 1st Feb. Yodel say the parcel is lost. How do I cancel @VeryHelpers
@nectar Is there a problem with your app? I’ve tried several times to register with my existing nectar card. Get right to the end and it says you’re experiencing technical difficulties.
@currys Nice to be told to call back after 8pm by your Advisor. To then find out your customer service lines close at 8pm. That’s after I phoned to chase a missed delivery which has been rescheduled without checking with me. #helpful
