Neon, кстати, планирует вновь номинировать российского актёра на «Оскар», только теперь уже за главную роль (а повествование в фильме идёт именно с точки зрения Суцкевера).

ARTIFICIAL starts out very funny and gets increasingly more disturbing without losing its sense of humor. I cannot think of another filmmaker who could have pulled off this balance. Yura Borisov is the MVP of a remarkable ensemble. He looks so different here, many won’t recognize that he is the same guy from Anora. Andrew Garfield is also outstanding as Altman. Everybody in the audience cracked up every time Ike Barinholtz appeared on the screen. Damon Albarn’s score and songs are a big part of the film. Put together, they feel like a new Gorillaz album. The main-on-end titles is a music video with San Francisco backdrop. Watch out for a great cameo from Guadagnino and stay put for a brief post-credits scene. Artificial is as pressing as it gets. People didn’t show up for Digger the past weekend, but I think they will be interested in watching this one.
