@Etsy Thanks for your advice. Etsy support didn't help me with unblocking my shop. They wrote that the system automatically blocked my account and no longer responds to my requests. So I wrote to support here.

@Etsy Hello, my shop was suspended. Since after filing the appeal, I only received response from Etsy support that the store was blocked by error. All my further appeals to Etsy support remained without answer.
Please assist me in reinstating my shop. Thank you!
