Hi!! We’ve built something like this (minus the invoice functionality right now)! We have:
- Project management
- Calendar, Kanban board, tasks, notes
- You can communicate with your team internally
- Share projects or individual posts externally (no login required for your clients) so your clients can view, approve, and leave feedback and your clients can’t see any internal communication
- Communicate with clients without them needing an account
- Schedule and autopost social media content across platforms
- Social media analytics across platforms
And super clean UI
You should check it out ☺️

Your internal tasks and comments are hidden - don't worry 😉
This is what it looks like when someone who had a bunch of problems with existing solutions decides to fix them.
And they can click on each post and view the media, caption, hashtags, additional files, notes, and statuses.
All while being able to leave comments on each post and change the status (easy approvals!) WITHOUT having to create an account.
This is boomer-client approved.

The platform is called Rella 💜
You can:
- Plan content, upload files, add tasks & automate posting.
- Manage multiple accounts with Kanban Boards.
- Collaborate easily—clients can view, comment, or upload assets, no sign-in required.
I’m one of the cofounders and I started it because I hated all of the other tools out there that were not made for social media teams.
You can create an account and start a free trial or book a demo call with us to see it in action.
Any questions about Rella?
I’ve spent the past 13 years working in social media and I just created the best tool for social media managers. Easily collaborate with your team and clients and manage all your content.
Goodbye Notion, Asana, ClickUp, or worse - Google sheets (!) for content calendars. Hello, Rella 💜🥳

It's hard not to love NYC when this is what your walk home could look like
fun fact: this used to be my walk home when I lived there in 2019 :) I always make sure I experience it again whenever I go back.
Thanks @andruyeung and @rhobusiness for bringing me back to NYC this week.

3 days in NYC can feel like 3 weeks anywhere else...
This week includes lots of coffee, commuting, meetings, and utilizing LinkedIn's QR code scanner every time you meet someone.
Thank you @andruyeung and @rhobusiness for this NYC experience 🚕
#NYCTechWeek
Welcome to NYC for tech week! A very busy week for founders in New York... thank you @andruyeung and @rhobusiness for bringing me 💛
let me know if you're headed to any events this week. 🚕

One of the themes I've been noticing about Tech Week this year is how big of a role content is playing. It is not just about capturing content for events for publicity; founders, investors, and organizers are all focusing on creating content to build their brand.
This might seem obvious, but the shift from creating content to sell something to creating content to build your brand and develop an authentic community and connection with your users and customers is here.
Shoutout to @andruyeung and @rhobusiness for bringing me to NYC and helping me create great content!
Creating content is no longer a "nice to have." It's become essential to get ahead in your career and business.
