@TSB my account switch has completed but there is still a small credit on the TSB account that is closing. When will this be paid across to the new account? The switch completed yesterday.

@TSB I’ve since logged in but it’s the intermittent service from you it’s just not good enough. This is what I get when I try to login.

At first I thought it would be a hassle closing the account through the switch but it seems it will be for the best. One less headache!

@TSB Maybe it’s time to switch banks this is a joke. Do you have a timescale of when this will be resolved? Twice in a month is ridiculous to not be able to access my money which is in one of the savings pots so not like I can just nip to a cash point and draw cash!
