@MetamorphosisRx And let’s limit that to 39 hours per week, and you only get 45 weeks pay a year unless your employees get 5 weeks holiday and sick pay. You still get a lot, but then you pay tax on it at 40%, you pay social security at 15%, and anything earned over that goes to the country.

@MetamorphosisRx How about we even things up by saying a boss can only profit in total by 10 x that of their lowest paid employee. Total profit including bonuses, shares payouts, corporate leased vehicle/home/plane, etc. So if you pay minimum wage, eg $10 per hour, you only get $100 an hour. /3

@CJnbMUA Sephora is a good one because they also have perfume, so always men in the shops. Theatre suppliers always have beard cover, so if they have that online they will welcome you. It is normal to see men in these shops, and they understand and will help you. ❤️

@CJnbMUA theatrical suppliers. Look up stockists for brands like Mehron and Kryolan. I have never had a problem taking people to those places. Going once with me have them the confidence to then go alone because they were accepted. Sephora, too, who have male assistants. /3
