@VodafoneUK The guy chckd credit rating..said all was fine. Rang again,they said might b because I already had 3 phones on account, he checked, said no that wasn’t problem, said didn’t know why it was doing it but couldn’t offer that offer over the phone, that I’d need 2 do online! I can’t!!

@VodafoneUK Ive called this morning…they can’t sort it because it’s own online offer and they can’t match the price! The online chat isn’t working and when it did yesterday, the guy said exactly the same thing! Your whole website is appalling!!
