@arrivanortheast your 10.08pm x8 from cramlington was running a little bit late not happy at all about this it’s made me miss another bus which I’ve had to walk 10 minutes to home late at night if this turned up on time I would of made my other bus !!!

@StagecoachNE I got your 11.23 37 bus from Dudley lane to Killingworth leisure centre pressed the bell for the stop not quite at the stop was like the driver was going drive straight on when I said I wanted the stop driver was very rude and abrupt with me
