No extra blanket available for my toddler using the sofa bed. How in the world are there are no blankets at a 4 star hotel!?? Seriously?

The 2nd day my infant got cut because of broken glass in the pool area. When my husband ran to front desk toget a band aid, management commented snarkily that we just got the last band aid (lucky us?). Management didn't care, showed absolutely no empathy

@Kimpton just stayed at your property in Savannah. Such a disappointment! I have always wanted to stay at a Kimpton, never again. Room was not ready on time and the pool was closed for a private event. Ok not starting off well but let's see how the rest of the stay goes.
