@Mathis_Brothers I call Mathis Brother's to complain and they basically tell me it's out of their hands because it's a separate company. I'm sorry, but you sold me this service, you stand behind this service, your name is attached to this service.
@Mathis_Brothers I filed a claim on 10/9/2020, an inspector came out, said they would have it cleaned. Never heard from anyone. Keep getting the run around about how they've switched agencies, and they need a copy of this or they can't find my last note, etc.
@Mathis_Brothers I'm so very upset. I purchased a couch from Mathis Brothers in 2018, and the experience was great. However, they sold me on the protection plan, which was over $500. Pretty sweet deal, covered for 5 years, and it's something they're standing behind.
@skaijackson I’m not not trying to demean your right to expose racism. I just want to take a step back and remember they are kids. I honestly don’t have the right answer on how to go about keeping teens accountable for what they post but is this it?
@skaijackson being subjected to bullying and who knows what else? If my child was found saying the awful things these kids are saying then it’s 100% my fault as the parent but I hope to give my child that chance to correct their behavior going into adulthood.
