This day is profoundly painful for so many New Yorkers. It marks three years since the horrific war crimes of October 7. On that day, Hamas killed more than 1,100 Israelis and abducted 251 others. We grieve alongside our many friends and neighbors who still carry that unthinkable loss.

The suffering did not begin nor end that day. It instead continued through the Israeli government’s devastating, ongoing genocide in Gaza, in which it has killed more than 74,000 Palestinians—including more than 21,000 children. Even since the so-called ceasefire, more than 1,400 Palestinians have been killed. That suffering has intensified with every Israeli bomb dropped on ambulances waiting outside hospitals, every drone strike targeting a residential building or journalist, and every shipment of food aid turned away at a border crossing. Many New Yorkers are reckoning with this unbearable grief, and we mourn alongside them – all while knowing that our tax dollars fund these war crimes.

Three years later, we must refuse to accept a world in which occupation and apartheid continue, where war crimes are met with impunity, and our federal government continues its complicity with every arms shipment.

I have just completed what I believe to be the most comprehensive evaluation of Charlotte NC arrest records in history.

This project has taken me 3 months to complete, combing through over 50,000+ arrest records and mugshots.

I've found what appears to be massive fraud.

Thousands of Hispanics have been labelled as "WHITE CAUCASIAN" in the arrest records... THOUSANDS.

In fact, I found over 500 cases where Hispanics who were arrested more than once... had their "Ethnicity" CHANGED from "Hispanic" to "Caucasian" from one arrest to another.

Horrifyingly, I found HUNDREDS of these "White Caucasians" were actually ILLEGAL ALIENS from foreign countries with ICE detainers.

Perhaps most disturbing...

Many of the illegal aliens who were labelled as "WHITE CAUCASIAN" had already been released back into the public, DESPITE the ICE detainer requesting they stay in prison.

Two weeks later, animal control found a dog believed to be the same one hiding beneath a subway platform. The footage quickly spread online until a woman recognized him. His name was Rufus. She explained that Rufus belonged to her family and had been inseparable from her young son. When the boy became sick with cancer, Rufus stayed beside him until he was taken to the hospital. He never came home. A few days later, Rufus disappeared too. The family searched everywhere, eventually fearing they had lost him as well. Then they saw the teddy bear. It was the same kind of bear that had belonged to their son. They realized Rufus hadn’t stolen a random toy, he had found something that still looked and felt familiar. The family brought Rufus home and later took him to their son’s grave to grieve.
