肥満治療の現場でも「体重は落ちたのにお腹だけ出てる」という相談は非常に多い。

その原因の一つが「骨盤の前傾」です。

【なぜ骨盤が前傾するとお腹が出るのか】

骨盤が前に倒れると：
・腰が反る（反り腰）
・内臓が前に押し出される
・下腹がポッコリ出る

つまり脂肪が多いのではなく、内臓の位置がズレているだけ。これは体重を落としても改善しません。

【原因は腸腰筋の硬さ】

腸腰筋は骨盤と大腿骨をつなぐ深層の筋肉。デスクワークで長時間座り続けると、この筋肉が縮んだまま硬くなり、骨盤を前に引っ張ってしまう。

つまりデスクワーカーの「ぽっこりお腹」は、食事や運動不足だけの問題ではなく「座りすぎによる姿勢の崩れ」が大きい。
